When water, fire, or storm damage requires significant demolition and rebuild work, your furniture, electronics, clothing, and personal items have to come out of the affected area. Trying to work around your belongings slows the job down, risks damage to what was spared, and makes a stressful situation worse.
Pack-out is the careful removal, labeling, and off-site storage of your belongings during restoration. Pack-in is the return and placement of those items once the work is complete. Atlanta Elite Reconstruction Services handles both as part of your project, so there's one less thing to coordinate during a difficult time.

TVs, computers, audio equipment, and appliances disconnected, packed, and stored in climate-stable conditions.
Clothes, linens, drapes, and bedding boxed or hung in wardrobe boxes to keep their shape and condition.
Important papers, books, and records boxed and labeled so you can find what you need during the project.
Artwork, mirrors, glass, and breakables get extra padding, custom crating where needed, and careful handling at every step.
Family photos, keepsakes, and the small things that matter most get the same care as everything else.

We walk the home with you, identify what needs to come out, and create a detailed inventory before any item is touched.
Every item is photographed before packing and labeled with its origin room. The inventory is yours to keep throughout the project.
Items are professionally packed, padded, and loaded for transport to our secure storage facility.
Your belongings stay in our secured, climate-controlled facility for as long as the restoration takes.
If you need to retrieve specific items during the project, we coordinate access so you can get what you need.
Once restoration is complete, we return your belongings to their original rooms and place them with care.
